Occasionally, we are seeing some SuperSpeed devices resumes right after being directed to U3. This commits add 500us delay to ensure LFPS detector is disabled before sending ACK to firmware. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
