Masahiro Yamada bc6962f2db modpost: fix the missed iteration for the max bit in do_input()

This loop should iterate over the range from 'min' to 'max' inclusively.
The last interation is missed.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
